Mark W. Hines, President and CEO, is a banker with more than twenty years’ experience. He was the organizer of Community First Bank & Trust and served as that bank’s founding president and CEO. Prior to his tenure with CFBT, he was senior vice president and chief financial officer of the Middle Tennessee Bank in Columbia. He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, with a BA in Finance, and has an MBA from Belmont University. He is also a graduate of the LSU Graduate School of Banking of the South.

Paul S. Watson, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, has over 15 years of banking experience as a commercial relationship manager for First Tennessee Bank, community president of TransFinancial Bank and vice-president of business banking for AmSouth Bank in Columbia. His background also includes positions as branch manager and as a loan review officer. He earned his bachelor of science in management and an MBA from Auburn University.

James B. (Jim) Robinson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, served as controller for Farmers & Merchants Bank in Clarksville from 2002 to 2005. Prior to this, he worked as a CPA with Rayburn, Bates & Fitzgerald, P.C., from 1996 until early 2002. He earned a bachelor of science in business administration and a master of accountancy from Auburn University. He also earned a MA in religion from Lipscomb University.
